UBT ERP Driver is operated by Ittihad Al-Ikhwa Transport (UBT). It is for company drivers only. It is not a consumer store app and shows no ads.

Data we collect

• Username or mobile number for sign-in
• Session token stored on the device
• Assigned trips, statuses, and field phases
• Receiver name, signature, proof-of-delivery photos, and waybill images
• Trip expense drafts and receipt photos
• Leave and advance requests, and breakdown reports
• Interface language and company server address stored locally

Data we do not collect in this version

• Background location
• Contacts or microphone
• Trip revenue or company financials
• Advertising tracking or sale of data to third parties

Why

To run the trip in the field: status updates, proof of delivery, expenses, and leave. Photos and signatures are uploaded to the company server over HTTPS in the store build.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on the company server chosen by the administrator, and temporarily on the device in an offline queue until sync. It is not sold and not used for ads. Only authorized company staff (operations, HR, finance) can see it.

Children

The app is for adult company drivers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
